HID Projectors
Projectors are the heart of the HID projector retrofit. There are many different makes and models for projectors, but generally all of the ones designed by OEM manufactures such as Stanely, Koito, Hella, Valeo and AL and TRS will all out-perform your existing halogen or HID kit setup. Some projectors are more expensive than others, and this can be attributed to some of the following characteristics; Bi-xenon or low beam functionality, beam width, beam uniformity, the quality of the lenses, the availability, and the ease of installation/size. Low beam projectors have only one main beam pattern for low beam use, whereas Bi-xenon projectors also have a high beam pattern that is activated by an electric solenoid.
